You should use the below format in your bibliography when creating a reference for a source from the National Curriculum:
AUTHOR, Year. Title. Place of publication: Publisher.
Here is an example:
- DEPARTMENT FOR EDUCATION, 2014. National curriculum in England: framework for key stages 1 to 4. London: Department for Education.
